The app name is registered when the API is used.
To change the registered app name, make a request using the special form below.
It will take three to five business days from the receipt of the request to the completion of the request procedure.
*Notifications of the receipt of a request and the completion of other procedures are sent from the system mail “hrbcapi-support@porters.jp”
If anti-spam mail measures are taken, adjust settings so that emails from the address above can be received.
*A request must be made by the HRBC user company who has a contract for the API.
A confirmation email is sent to the person who made the request and also to the API contact person written in the application form for the API for the first time.
